Han So Hee in Gyeongseong Creature

Some time ago Han So Hee was terrorized by insults from viewers of “Gyeongseong Creature” from Japan. In a recent interview with local media, the actress, born in 1994, opened her voice about the criticism she received.

So Hee admitted that she did not expect that she would receive criticism after posting a portrait of the hero Ahn Jung Geun. “I made that post without thinking about the effect. I just took a photo of Ahn Jung Geun’s poster and posted it a few days after the drama was released,” said So Hee.

After that post, So Hee revealed that various opinions emerged that were different from what she expected. “I thought there would be stories from various people who lived in that era. I uploaded it with the hope that people would not only focus on love stories, but people with different personalities who lived in that era,” continued So Hee.

So Hee also discussed her decision to reply to one of the comments from the Japanese audience. “I’m quite grateful. It feels like a warm comment, and I’m grateful because it gave me the courage to continue posting it,” added So Hee.

However, So Hee realized that there were pros and cons to the drama “Gyeongseong Creature”, thanks to the terror she experienced. “I posted my thoughts in my personal space. I posted them without considering the impact. Seeing the reaction, I realized that there are people who think like this. I respect everything,” said the actress.

On the other hand, “Gyeongseong Creature” season 1 tells the story of Yoon Chae Ok (So Hee) and Jang Tae Sang (Park Seo Joon) who are desperate to enter Ongseong Hospital to look for missing people. However, they discovered that Japanese soldiers were conducting experiments there.

No joke, the Japanese army used South Korean citizens for this experiment. They even managed to turn Chae Ok’s mother into a giant monster that could kill many humans with just one blow. Chae Ok and Tae Sang were finally able to escape from the hospital.

Meanwhile, “Gyeongseong Creature” is currently preparing season 2 which will tell the story of the 78 years that have passed since the events of season 1. The director and scriptwriter also leaked that season 2 will focus more on Chae Ok and Tae Sang’s romance.
